I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, and I specialize in helping women manage stress and anxiety, break free from addiction, and heal from trauma with compassionate, evidence-based care. With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, I bring experience from residential treatment centers, school-based programs, and nonprofit organizations.
