I am a licensed clinical social worker with a commitment to social justice and an unwavering dedication to empowering individuals within the criminal justice system. I have centered my therapeutic practice on advocacy, healing, rehabilitation, and systemic change. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations, including individuals impacted by incarceration, survivors of all forms of trauma, and those navigating complex legal and mental health challenges. My personal core belief is that everyone deserves healing, and that therapy is an imperative part of an individual’s journey towards self-compassion, happiness, forgiveness, and starting a new chapter. I use a variety of modalities in my trauma-informed framework of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT,) Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT,) Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT,) and Family Systems Therapy. It takes an unbelievable amount of courage to ask for and accept help, and I would be honored to assist and guide you through your healing journey.
