My style is warm, compassionate, and patient, with a focus on ensuring all clients, particularly first-time therapy seekers, feel at ease and accepted. Together, we'll navigate life's challenges using curiosity, kindness, and humor. I see laughter as healing, and we'll embrace those light-hearted moments along the way. My work centers on developing insight and self-acceptance, empowering you to rewrite your story and step closer to the life you desire. I'm particularly drawn to working with entertainment professionals, perfectionists, people pleasers, and highly sensitive individuals. Outside of sessions, you'll find me catching the newest movie release, on the hunt for LA's tastiest cheeseburger, or tuned into the latest Armchair Expert episode.
I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from Pepperdine University. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (CA license #144919) currently working under the supervision of Lauren Blalock, LMFT (#129468), and am employed by Stori.
