Kelsey Russom, MS

Kelsey Russom, MS

Psychotherapist
MI
Life after trauma can feel like a constant balancing act between meeting others’ expectations and honoring your own needs. I help women untangle the patterns of people-pleasing, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Through warm, trauma-informed, and feminist-based therapy, we’ll explore your story and create a path toward confidence, clarity, and empowered living — all from the comfort of your home anywhere in Michigan. We'll put your sense of safety and empowerment at top priority, and look beyond just your symptoms and behaviors themselves- exploring what purpose they may be serving and the deeper experiences or emotions that may be driving them. I have a master's degree in clinical health psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. I am licensed and have been supporting clients of all ages and from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures for almost 10 years. I am a wife and a mother. I serve as a member of the Farmington/Farmington Hills Community Health Commission, and I'm passionate about supporting underprivileged and underserved populations in any ways possible. Please feel free to reach out to me directly via phone or email with any questions, or schedule a free 15-minute consultation by clicking the button at the top of this page.
