My focus Some of the issues I work with include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, self-worth/esteem/love, positive self-image, negative self-talk, healthy habit forming, relationship and family issues, disordered eating, ADHD, Autism, grief, family conflict, sexuality, and existential processing.
