Getting to know Kelsey Sustarsic

For a moment, I’d like you to think about how you were raised, the hardships you've been through, and your current and past relationships. All of this impacts who you are right now. We will process what happened to you, and eventually get to a place of self-acceptance. I’ll help you unpack painful memories, and teach you how to view these things differently, so they no longer consume you. I am trained in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and harm reduction in regards to substances. I'm open to new clients from ages 16+ with anxiety, relationship issues, difficulty managing or understanding emotions, identity concerns, parenting issues, and the LGBT+ community. We are all just doing our best every single day. If you feel lost, I can help you figure it out. To reduce stress in my own life, I enjoy hiking and being in nature, and spending time with my son. In addition to Wisconsin, I am a licensed counselor in Florida and Ohio.
