What should a new client know about working with you?

My specialized focus lies in relationships, where I am committed to fostering healthier and more fulfilling connections. I address a range of relationship concerns as well as anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem, utilizing a comprehensive approach that draws from Attachment Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and most importantly the Humanistic Theory. As a therapist, I believe in the power of empathy to create a genuine connection. I strive to understand your experiences, emotions, and perspectives with a non-judgmental and compassionate mindset. Spirituality is at the heart of my therapeutic foundation, guiding the process of love and healing. I recognize the profound impact that spiritual exploration can have on personal growth and well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our sessions, my primary focus is on creating a safe and welcoming environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings with openness and acceptance. I strive to establish a space that encourages vulnerability and fosters a sense of safety, enabling you to share your experiences without fear of judgment. I believe in the power of direct communication, and our sessions may involve candid and honest discussions about your challenges and aspirations. I aim to provide a supportive yet confrontational approach, challenging you to explore areas that may be difficult but are essential for growth and self-discovery. I believe in the power of therapeutic homework as a valuable extension of our sessions. These assignments are designed to complement our work together, offering practical tools and insights for continued self-reflection and progress outside of our scheduled meetings. Together, we will engage in a collaborative dialogue, addressing concerns directly and working towards solutions. My goal is to empower you with insights and strategies to navigate life's complexities effectively.
