What should a new client know about working with you?

I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. I support those I work with in understanding how early experiences, protective parts, and body reintegration shape the present moment. I offer a compassionate space, practical tools, mindful awareness, and collaborative guidance so you can create lasting change in your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, you can expect a gentle pace and a welcoming space where you do not need to perform or have everything figured out. We will talk about what brings you in, what you are hoping for, and what feels most important for you right now. I will ask thoughtful questions about your history, your strengths, and your goals, while also checking in about what helps you feel safe and supported. My priority is to understand you, not rush you. Together, we will begin to create a path that feels steady, collaborative, and meaningful.
