What should a new client know about working with you?

"Hello, I am Dr. Ken, Are you suffering from a loss or a traumatic event? Have the events become too invasive in your daily life? Has it affected your school, work and/or social life? Do you no longer enjoy the things you used to look forward to doing: parties, birthdays, holidays and even relationships? Do your family and friends miss you? More importantly, do you miss you? I have made it my practice to help people find their way through the trauma that weighs them down, keeping them from moving forward. We work through anxiety, fear, hypersensitivity and nightmares which can occur after a traumatic experience. As trauma and reactions to a traumatic event are as varied as the individuals who experience it, I have an extensive toolbox to use for the benefit of my clients. One size does not fit all. We will work together to discover the best ways to help you. "

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
