What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to see and hear clients in a collaborative manner. You are always the expert on your life, but I want to bring my training and experience and perspectives to help you find your best life. I love to learn and read and enjoy multiple theories for interventions; family systems, relational, cognitive behavioral, internal systems, Gottman and other emotionally focused styles.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I hesitate to describe any "typical" session, since normals are a range and depend on the person and circumstances. My typical style for relating will be compassionate and direct.
