Hi, I am Kendall and I have a passion to help those who feel that life has become a struggle. I offer an empathic approach to those who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, past and present family problems. I understand how we learn coping skills in our past that quit working for us, which creates confusion, depression, anxiety, and we need help to find a new path to take. The fact that you are seeking help proves that you have courage to take the step to increase your mental health. I use several therapy modalities to help my clients to become a better version of themselves. I am excited to meet you and help you to increase your overall mental wellbeing.
