Hello, I'm Kenneth. As a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2000, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of mental health settings, each enriching my approach to therapy. My journey has taken me from community mental health services to working within a NATO school in Europe, where I focused on mental health issues with adolescents and families, both military and civilian. I've also served as the Chief of Mental Health in a maximum security prison for two years, which provided me with unique insights into the complexities of mental health in challenging environments. For the past six years, I've dedicated myself to the Community Mental Health field, serving clients with diverse needs and backgrounds. I believe in meeting my clients where they are, whether they come from a faith-based background or do not have a religious foundation. My approach is inclusive and tailored to each individual's unique situation. My specialties include working with depression, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, spirituality, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, stress, addiction, anger management, anxiety, children's mental/behavioral health, family relationships, life transitions, PTSD, and trauma.
