With more than 20 years of experience as a therapist, I offer warm, professional support for adolescents and adults. I provide a space where you can feel heard, respected, and understood as we explore life’s emotional and relationship challenges together. Our first session is a chance to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. We will explore what feels most important, your goals, and how I work.
