What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a warm, collaborative space using person-centered and CBT approaches to support those navigating depression, anxiety, grief, identity exploration, and relationship struggles. I center Asian and LGBTQIA plus experiences, blending cultural insight with creativity, whether through talk, art, or play, to meet each client where they are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer therapy sessions in-person and online. I'm mostly available during the afternoons on weekdays and maybe some weekends. In our first session, we'll explore what's bringing you in and what healing might look like for you. I draw from CBT and person-centered approaches, with a culturally mindful lens. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and identity, and find ways to shift patterns that no longer serve you.
