What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe every client deserves to be heard, valued, and treated with respect. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and free of judgment. I strive to create an environment where you can openly discuss your concerns while we work together to identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop practical strategies that promote lasting growth and positive change. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and am committed to providing culturally sensitive, inclusive care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is focused on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and identifying what you hope to achieve through therapy. Together, we’ll create individualized treatment goals and develop a plan that reflects your unique needs and strengths. Throughout therapy, we’ll build practical coping skills, address unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, and regularly evaluate your progress while adjusting our approach to best support your continued growth and well-being.
