Hello, I'm Kenneth. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to navigate life's challenges. My approach is to integrate psychoeducation into our sessions, empowering you to make healthier emotional, spiritual, cognitive, and behavioral choices. I offer an eclectic therapeutic approach that is biblically-grounded and draws from various modalities including client-centered, multimodal, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavior, EMDR, and other trauma-informed psychotherapies.
With a Master's degree (MA) and as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I specialize in a wide range of areas such as addiction, anger management, anxiety, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, PTSD, intimate/romantic relationships, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions.
