What is your typical process for working with clients?

I will get to know you and understand your needs and the challenges you're dealing with. We'll develop a plan together to overcome those challenges, with clear strategies and goals. I will be there alongside you on your journey to keep you on track to achieve your therapeutic goals. I will cheer you on in your successes, I’ll provide insights when you need ideas, and I will provide guidance when you feel lost. Occasionally, I will provide a nudge when you get stuck.
