Getting to know Kenneth Williams
I have been working in the mental health field for over 30 years. We all experience anxiety, depression, grief, and loneliness at times, and we all struggle with memories from childhood that greatly influence our lives. Whatever issues you are facing are not your fault. Life can be difficult, and childhood memories impact us all deeply. I hold a Master’s in Professional Counseling from Northwestern State University and primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients create lives of meaning and purpose centered around their values. Understanding that there is no single way to live a life, I provide a safe and confidential environment where each client can discover a path forward that works best for them. Together, we will focus on your goals and explore ways to achieve them. I specialize in couples, family, and adolescent counseling.
