I am a seasoned and experienced Licensed Health Counselor with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, passionate about wellness and providing a non-judgmental, safe space for all individuals. I have enormous compassion for people navigating life's challenges and transitions and feel privileged to support those seeking help. Using a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered therapeutic approach, I emphasize building a strong relationship with clients to establish realistic and attainable goals together.
I have experience working with adults, couples, and adolescents facing issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, drug abuse, trauma, intimacy concerns, LGBTQ-related challenges, behavioral issues, post-traumatic stress disorder, and couples therapy including sexual issues. I am a Board-Certified Mental Health Counselor, Sex Therapist, and Addictions Counselor.

What should a new client know about working with you?
After the first session, the client can expect to begin their journey with confidence that the therapist will provide all of the tools necessary to help them achieve all of the goals necessary for a successful outcome, This will be provided with the utmost empathy and confidentiality.
Moving forward, the client and therapist with be working together on the objectives of their personalized treatment plan during each session and provided through CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy.
After a while, the client and therapist will be reviewing progress on a session-by-session basis and adjust the treatment as we go on this journey together.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
