Greetings, I'm Kennyra Colson, a Licensed Professional Counselor located in the state of Louisiana. I have been providing therapy for the past four years using a Solution Focused technique. My approach As a solution-focused therapist, I will help you uncover any issues that have created barriers in your life, as well as discover solutions for living a healthier life and teach effective coping skills that will empower you. I look forward to working with you to achieve your desired goals. Providing therapy in a confidential, safe, and positive environment allows you to focus on the presenting problem and find a solution while being motivated to set goals for a meaningful life. My focus The clients I serve include adolescents, adults, and couples. I also treat those diagnosed with ADHD/ADD, polysubstance abuse, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. My communication style I have a calm approach that creates a safe zone for all of my clients. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern University and A&M College.
