Hi! I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who has been providing therapy for over 10 years. I am here to help walk alongside you so that together we can find ways to relieve your current struggles. My areas of expertise are marital issues, intimacy/sexual struggles, depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, and adjustment disorders. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, am a certified Family Trauma Professional, and have a Master's in Business Administration. I'm a huge animal lover and enjoy hiking and running with my three dogs, as well as spending time with my friends and teaching Zumba classes.
