Life can feel overwhelming, especially during uncertain times. You might find yourself stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, grief, or relational conflict, wondering if things will ever feel better. The good news? You don’t have to face this alone. Beneath the stress and frustration you feel is the real you—ready to grow, heal, and thrive. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to help you reconnect with that part of yourself. In our time together, we’ll uncover patterns and explore how your past might be shaping your present and future. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we’ll build the tools you need to move forward with confidence and clarity. Whether you’re an individual, a couple, or part of a family, I’ll meet you where you are and help you build momentum toward the life you want—one step at a time. I’ve been supporting people in their healing journeys for over 25 years, with experience in social work, counseling, navigating systems, and helping families and communities. I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary and my Bachelor of Science in Legal Administration from Ball State University. When I’m not working with clients, I love traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with my family. You can often find me enjoying family game nights or exploring new recipes. My approach to therapy is warm, relational, non-judgmental and strength-based. I’m here to listen, guide, and empower you as you take the courageous step to prioritize your mental and emotional well-being. Let’s work together to uncover the tools you need to embrace healing and live as your authentic self.
