As an eclectic therapist, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs. However, the foundation of our work together is always rooted in treating you with dignity, respect, and a deep awareness of your values and beliefs. One of the most rewarding aspects of counseling for me is what I like to call 'the magic moment.' This is when I see you embrace the therapeutic process, do the necessary work to promote change in your life, and observe the positive outcomes that uplift your mood. While there may be challenging times, especially when we confront irrational thought processes, know that I am here with you as a guide and support every step of the way. My main goal is to help you develop solid coping skills and learn how to combat destructive feelings and thought patterns.
