What should a new client know about working with you?

I aim to cultivate a space that centers freedom and liberation in thoughts, actions, and behaviors. Our work together will foster stronger sense of self and relational dynamics.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I operate from a strengths based approach. While you may be coming to therapy for an area you wish to grow in, there are many things that you are currently doing well. I take time to get to know your life story, history, and goals for the future. Together, we will position ourselves in this space and time to uncover, recover, and discover all that makes you, you!
