What should a new client know about working with you?

We begin the process by gathering information and co-creating some goals that fit your needs. The number of sessions depends on the specific goals you have identified. when you have reached your goals, we will not schedule any more unless you need a maintenance session.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We assess at the first session the frequency of sessions, Diagnosis, goals, and objectives. We address any concerns you may have about the counseling process.
