I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and substance use.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in ADHD therapy, mood disorders, addiction/substance use, and therapy for first responders & military members as well as veterans. Together we'll work on improving emotional regulation/distress tolerance, manage impulsive/unwanted behaviors, experience the present moment to the fullest and understand underlying barriers to emotional regulation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients who may be struggling with mood disorders, overwhelming emotions, and life difficulties. During the initial session, we will focus on what your goals and values are and how this therapeutic process can help you achieve a fulfilling journey.
