What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm a millennial therapist with a modern approach. I show up as my authentic self to each session because I know how important it is to be able to trust and relate to your therapist. I will hype you up and celebrate your wins with you, and I will also sit with you and help you process the tough stuff. My approach is collaborative because let’s be real..no one wants a therapist who just nods and asks, “how does that make you feel”? At the end of the day, you just want a therapist who gets it, and I totally get that.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session would look like revisiting any exercises that were given in the previous session and going over what came up around those exercises. You are always in the drivers seat for how you want to direct the session!
