Getting to know Kerri Taylor

I have a passion for supporting adults who have made the sacrifice to serve as first responders, military members, farmers, and healthcare providers struggling with trauma, PTSD, and self-regulation. These are challenging career fields, and I have found many of the strongest individuals benefit from a confidential space to vent and process these challenges. Couples therapy is another area I enjoy working in. There are solutions, and often the struggles in relationships lead to success and stronger bonds. Communication in a safe space, the Gottman Method, trust, and attachment concerns are effective tools in this work. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University and am trained in many treatment modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. Together, we can focus on developing confidence in your strengths so you can navigate triggers effectively. I emphasize communication in a safe space, the Gottman Method, and addressing trust and attachment concerns. Life goes in waves. My goal is to support you so you can enjoy the calm times and navigate through the periods of high tides. Confidentiality is integral to this process. Our work together aims to guide you toward achieving work/life balance, leading to a happy and healthy lifestyle. I look forward to working with you!
