I work with [adults,couples teens, families around anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, life transitions, etc. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based - I use DBT, CBT, ART, Solution Focused, depending on what fits you. I Therapy with me is collaborative and practical: we'll identify goals together, work on skills and insight, and track progress so you know therapy is helping. I'm committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space that respects cultural background, identity, and lived experience. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our work; I'll explain limits to confidentiality and the process for consent and safety planning at the start of care.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
