I currently run an independent private practice focusing on PTSD/trauma, depression, and anxiety. My approach I provide a therapeutic environment where I listen non-judgmentally and acceptingly, giving you the freedom to talk through your concerns. Together, we collaborate on identifying solutions. I offer EMDR, ART, and IFS-informed therapies, effective for trauma, depression, and anxiety. My focus I typically work with adults dealing with trauma/PTSD, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD, and life transitions. My journey to mental healthcare I became a therapist due to my family history with mental illness, trauma, and addiction. Inspired by my own therapist in my early twenties, who helped me through my upbringing, I aspired to offer the same support. My goals for you Goal setting is collaborative. We work together to identify what you want and need to change, and I help you formulate goals to achieve that change. My first session with you I will mostly listen to what brings you to counseling and may ask exploratory questions.
