I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC). I have over thirteen years of counseling experience. I earned my graduate degree in marriage and family counseling in California in 2005; and my wife and I moved to Texas in 2009.My counseling style utilizes various forms of mindfulness and cognitive-based therapies; such as acceptance commitment therapy; to explore how thoughts and coping styles influence how we manage our feelings.
