I hold a Master's in Social Work from San Jose State University, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. I would be honored to hear your story. I create an open, conversational environment that is flexible and focused on you. Together, we will work to help you become who you want to be, even if you don't know who that is yet. Together, we'll work to enhance your distress tolerance, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness skills. Our initial sessions will focus on getting to know each other and setting personalized goals. I'll listen attentively to your unique story and provide compassionate support as we work toward your desired outcomes. With a wealth of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses, I bring a holistic approach to therapy.
