I hold a Doctor of Ministry degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. My professional journey has taken me through various roles, including working in a church setting, private practice, and the Department of Corrections. Currently, I work as a counselor for LifeStance Health in St. Peter's, Missouri, both in-office and online, and remotely for Rula and SonderMind. I specialize in helping clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, anger management, communication skills building, coping with life changes, relationship issues, grief and loss, self-esteem, and stress. I have significant experience working with individuals dealing with grief and relationship challenges. Additionally, I am experienced in addressing aging and geriatric issues, cancer, and providing hospice and end-of-life counseling. My clinical approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems.
