What should a new client know about working with you?

Participating in therapy is a major decision. My goal is you “feel heard & seen” & prepared to move forward in life with greater clarity, peace & fulfillment. We’ll work together to figure all this out! If you're looking for a therapist that is open-minded, holistic & uses a collaborative approach tailored around your needs, please consider contacting me. I understand most are busy & need flexibility, so I offer therapy sessions by phone or online via video most weekdays, weekends & evenings.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our initial sessions, we will discuss your experiences, brainstorm solutions & collaborate to create a plan for implementing them. Most of my clients experience a gradual improvement & reduced stress during the first month, with sustained improvement thereafter as coping skills are enhanced.
