For the last five years, my passion has been helping people heal using holistic and complementary tools and techniques to overcome stress, depression, anxiety, limiting beliefs, and adjusting to life's changes and stressors. My approach is holistic, eclectic, and customized based on your specific set of circumstances. I am here to help in the least restrictive, relaxed environment, where we can be comfortable building the much-needed rapport to have the best therapeutic relationship possible. I am quirky-in a good way-and very accessible to my clients.
