I primarily work from a depth psychology (psychodynamic) perspective through a social justice lens. However, I do not believe in a one-size-fits all method. I use holistic and integrative therapy approaches that explore the mind-body connection, including restorative practices, relational and emotional experiencing, mindfulness, rest in stillness and in movement, nature, music, art, and somatic modalities. In counseling, I take a collaborative approach, challenging clients to deeply examine the self to develop insight and make meaningful change. We will practice and build the skills to address the conflicts and experiences of mind, body, soul, and their relationship to community.
