What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer a person-centered and solution focused approach, to support you in your journey. My work target’s identity issues, relationships, loneliness, stress, and life adjustments. Together, we will collaborate to challenge negative thought patterns, regulate emotions, and practice self-care and boundary setting.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions, you will feel seen, validated and supported. Your voice will matter, and your feelings will be acknowledged. I take my time to listen and believe in providing empowerment and encouragement while acknowledging your own views and beliefs. Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage, and I am here to support you in your journey.
