You don’t have to keep doing this all by yourself. With me as your therapist, you’ll have space to breathe, reflect, and begin to understand what’s been holding you back. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you take the next step forward. My approach My style is calm, curious, and collaborative. I believe healing happens in a space where you feel safe to be honest, even when things feel messy or unclear. I’ll help you gently explore the patterns that keep showing up in your life, while offering tools and support to help you move through them with more understanding and choice. I use Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR (SAFE EMDR) to support your deeper healing work, especially when past experiences are still living in the body and shaping how you show up in relationships today. I also bring in elements of DBT and CBT to help you build practical skills, whether that means managing intense emotions, shifting unhelpful thoughts, or learning how to stay more grounded in the moment. Our work will start with an in-depth assessment, so you can begin to understand what’s keeping you stuck and where those patterns come from. From there, we’ll build the skills you need to feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. When you're ready, we can begin the deeper work of reprocessing and healing the root. Every step of the way, I’ll be here to support your process at whatever pace is most comfortable for you.
