Hello, I'm Kiara. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that everyone has an innate capacity for healing and growth. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with addiction, relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief/loss, identity concerns, and difficult life transitions. Additionally, I provide counseling for partners dealing with betrayal, difficulties with trust or intimacy, affairs, relationship transitions, or negotiating boundaries. In our sessions, I offer a collaborative, safe, and respectful environment where conversations unfold at their own pace. It is crucial that you trust the therapist you work with and feel comfortable discussing your problems openly. I strive to create that space for you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico, with over eight years of experience. I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist Candidate (CCPS-Candidate), working with clients struggling with the trauma of infidelity. My extensive experience includes working in dual diagnosis and serving as a clinical director for various treatment programs. I earned my degree in Counseling with a concentration in Grief, Loss, and Trauma from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
