Hi, I’m Kiara. I'm so glad you're here! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a National Certified Counselor with a master’s degree in counseling psychology. I have 10 years experience providing services from various settings. I have worked with individuals ranging from 2 year olds to adults and diverse populations including intellectual disabilities, substance and alcohol disorders and emotional and mental health struggles. I am passionate about helping ambitious adults who struggle with high-functioning anxiety, depression and trauma find freedom from their distress, fears, overthinking and self-doubt. My mission is to help my clients feel more confident in themselves, their decisions, develop better coping skills and live a more fulfilling life.
