There’s no pressure to have the “right” words or know exactly what to say. We’ll figure it out together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will start with an introductory session where you can share what brings you here and what you hope to get out of our time together. My priority is creating a warm, open-minded, and occasionally humorous space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are. Once that foundation is built, we’ll work together to find manageable ways to help you reach your goals.
