Getting to know Kiera Warren
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I offer a supportive space where teens and adults can show up as they are and feel truly understood. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, or relationship struggles, we’ll work together to make sense of what you’re going through and find tools that actually fit your life. My goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and hopeful about the future. If you’re ready to talk it through, I’d love to meet you and see how I can support you.
My approach
My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, which means I create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and valued. From there, I draw on tools like cognitive-behavioral strategies and mindfulness when they fit your needs. Together, we’ll focus on your goals and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
My focus
I work with teens and adults who may be feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem struggles, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. I also support those navigating cultural stressors or the pressures that come with school and work. My role is to help you identify what matters most, work through the obstacles in your way, and build coping strategies that feel both practical and meaningful.
My communication style
My communication style develops as our relationship grows. In the beginning, I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable opening up. As trust and rapport build, I shift to being more direct and goal oriented so we can work together toward the progress you’re looking for.
