Hi there, I'm Kiley! I'm Kiley Shuman, LMFT, and I have been a therapist for many years. I am passionate about helping others heal and grow. Life can be traumatic at times, and we need a space to work on healing and finding our truth. I love helping clients find more peace in their lives, increase positive relationships, and identify patterns that may be holding them back from greater contentment. I have experience working with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, and I strongly value using a holistic approach. I earned my Bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge, which laid the foundation for my commitment to mental health care. My approach includes theoretical frameworks such as Attachment, humanistic, client-centered, existential, EMDR, Family Systems, holistic, Narrative, Psychodynamic, and Motivational therapies. I work with a wide range of clients and have years of experience supporting individuals with trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, relationship issues, and life transitions. I show up authentically with my clients and hope to help you reach your goals. I have always been passionate about helping others, and being in a profession that allows me to do so daily is very rewarding. During your initial session, we will discuss your goals for therapy. I may ask some questions about your initial assessment paperwork, answer any questions you have about the therapy process, and discuss how I plan to assist you in reaching your goals.
