I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in NJ, practicing for 15 years, helping individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, family conflict, anger, stress, and loss.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Daily responsibilities can be challenging enough. Adding in stress, worry, irritability, poor sleep, sadness, conflict, or low motivation can make them feel impossible sometimes. Each person comes with their own struggles, but also strength, a voice, and the need to feel safe. I am here to support you in your process of gaining clarity and insight, whether it relates to those daily struggles or depression or trauma, and reduce at least some of those barriers.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, neutral space, in which people can feel comfortable to confront their daily struggles.
