I’m a compassionate, dedicated clinician providing counseling services in Missouri. I have experience working with individuals in nonprofit and hospital settings, where I’ve provided thoughtful, client-centered care tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Crisis Counseling from Liberty University, graduating summa cum laude, and completed my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling with distinction from Liberty University. What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe healing happens in a space where people feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a strong emphasis on building trust and emotional safety. When the client desires, I offer faith-integrated counseling that is Christ-centered and grounded in compassion, grace, and respect, while honoring each client’s values, beliefs, and autonomy. My goal is to walk alongside you with care and intentionality as you work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process for working with clients begins with an initial appointment where I gather information and assess whether my approach aligns with your needs to ensure a good fit. From there, we build a collaborative therapeutic relationship focused on exploring your current goals and developing strategies to achieve them. Throughout our sessions, clients process feelings and life experiences that may impact their ability to reach their therapeutic goals. I create a safe, grace-filled space where clients can explore pain, strengthen skills, integrate faith if desired, and move toward restored identity and empowered living. My approach is clinically grounded, relationally warm, and — when desired — Christ-centered.
