I received my undergraduate degree from Ohio University and my graduate degree from Franciscan University. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervisory status in the State of Ohio, I specialize in a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and substance abuse disorders. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a person-centered and humanistic philosophy. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to assist and guide you through your journey of inner knowing, interpersonal changes, and healing. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
