Hi there, I'm Kimberley! My name is Kimberley Gallant, and I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience providing behavioral health care to people in Hawaii on Oahu and neighboring islands, as well as on the continent, specifically San Francisco and Massachusetts. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. I offer a safe space to explore personal and mental health concerns affecting your life, relationships, academic goals, and future dreams. Services are provided by telehealth only. My approach My therapy approach varies depending on client needs. I am comfortable using strength-based, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and grief counseling. I also integrate mindfulness practices, encouraging clients to focus on their present experience and how it affects their internal being. This helps clients engage in mindfulness to support emotional health and wellbeing. My focus I specialize in working with clients 18 and older who have lived experience with anxiety and depression; survivors of violence and suicide loss; those adjusting to relationship changes; grieving the loss of a loved one or pet; and navigating other life transitions.
