What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. We’ll explore what’s been bringing you to therapy, set some initial goals together, and begin creating a roadmap that feels meaningful and manageable for you. A typical session is a blend of deep reflection and practical tools. We might explore the emotions and patterns underneath your stress, or we might focus on skill-building — such as setting boundaries, managing anxious thoughts, or practicing self-compassion. I tailor each session to meet you where you are that day, so it’s always a collaborative and flexible process. Most importantly, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can breathe, be yourself, and experience gentle but meaningful change over time.
