Serving children, teens, adults, and seniors across outpatient and treatment settings, I address concerns including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and other emotional challenges. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s goals and lifestyle. With board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I integrate thoughtful care and evidence-based practices to support lasting growth.
Influenced by psychoanalytic theory, I view emotional distress as often rooted in unconscious conflicts and unresolved experiences. These patterns can shape how we connect and how we feel day to day. Through meaningful insight and personalized treatment, I work with clients to reduce distress and rediscover balance and fulfillment.

The difficulty of starting therapy and seeking professional help is hard to explain. However, the therapist seemed to misunderstand the futility of this endeavor, reducing my initial motivation. This experience has made me regret therapy.

Overall experience was great. My daughter and I were greeted by Mrs. Arcos and Alyssa when we entered the office. My daughter has had an overall good experience with Mrs. Arcos during her first two visits.
