Getting to know Kimberly Baggett

Hello, I am happy you are here and seeking guidance on this life journey. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Social Work from the University of Arkansas, and my goal is to support you with your needs and obstacles while providing coping skills to help manage your current life stressors. While I have the ability to assist with any issues, I specialize in anxiety, depression, and childhood trauma. I help my clients find healthy perceptions of themselves so they can see themselves as healthy, complete, whole, and safe. I look forward to meeting you to determine if I will be a good fit for you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

After an initial consultation, I like to start with coping skills to help manage stress from therapy sessions. Sometimes discussing negative events can cause some physical side effects. After the initial sessions, we will determine the best course of treatment for you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
